Lone Star Democratic Club invites you to our next meeting:

 

Thursday, August 6th at 6 to 9p.m.

South County Community Center, 2235 Lake Robbins Dr., The Woodlands.

 

6 to 7 pm: Brown Bag Social time; your chance to visit with other Democrats.

 

7 to 9 pm: Our speaker is – still to be determined.  We’re hoping to have Mayor Bill White of Houston speak to us about his upcoming campaign for U.S. Senate.


Upcoming Events:

We’re working on plans for the July 4th parade and the float we sponsor along with the Montgomery County Democratic Party.  If you want to walk in the parade or work on the float, be sure to attend this Thursday’s meeting to sign up, or contact Carol Stromatt at cstromatt@gdcrealty.com.  The parade is a lot of fun and a good way to let the community know that there are plenty of Democrats out there so please join us for a rousing and patriotic time! 


Volunteer Deputy Voter Registrar Training – June 30 at 6:00 pm, July 23 at 2:00 pm or Aug. 22 ad 10:00am at Election Central in Conroe, Tx.

Dues are $30.00 per year, waived for hardship cases
